Made this collage (19x27cm-8x11inch) in the Grand Hotel Astoria in Oreada-Romania. I was lucky to find two National Geograpic from 1970 and 1971 somewhere in a street nearby the Astoria. And why not name the collage after the hotel?
Made this one with a magazine found in a hotelroom and a book bought for 300 forint (1 euro) in the Keleti Station in Budapest. (19x27cm-8x11inch). Eger is the name of the city in Hungary I traveled to and where I made the collage.
ANYONE FOR BASEBALL, CRICKET, SOCCER and GOLF. Are the last four collages made in my studio in Schakenbosch. All of them 19x27cm (8x11inch). They were composed with images of four sixties and seventies books and accidentally with an image of another book or magazine.
The first of May my new studio will officially be in Hazerswoude Rijndijk (scroll down for pictures of my new place).
This is the third one in a series of four. 20x30cm (8x12inch). After baseball, cricket and soccer there is one more to follow. Probably “Anyone for golf” is the last one. Soon to follow.
Henk Hannemann has to leave his studio in Schakenbosch-Leidschendam and found a new place to work in Hazerswoude. Working hard to move out before the first of May. Meanwhile you can expect some collages under the name of The Last Schakenbosch Series.
Relatively simple collage for Hannemann standards. Only 7 pieces for the whole image. I forced myself not to add flowers, butterflies, fishes or birds. 20x30cm (8x12inch). Made with 3M Photo Mount sprayglue on 300 grams aquarelpaper.
